Message: I like going to my neighborhood 7-Eleven it’s right down the street from my house. I like all the employees are they were very helpful kind and full of knowledge. I’d like to stop by there and deliver them food when I cook something delicious they do a good job, and I like to show them my respect.

Message: Been going here for 8 years live down the street. New employee with pink hair literally tried to steal 20 dollars from my daughter. Receipt shows the transaction was voided. Once i seen the receipt went back down there. My daughter showed her that the 20 dollars was never downloaded to her app. She preceeded to tell my daughter she does not need her attitude. Not sure what attitude my daughter literally showed her the phone. So i told her she should not be talking to my child like that and then she preceeded to act rachet. She only got mad cause she got caught. I told her to give my daughter her twenty and i contacted corporate.

Message: I was so impressed by the cashier I asked for his name. This store is lucky to have Kareem Foster! His positive attitude and upbeat personality is what great customer service is all about. He also worked two registers at the same time and was very speedy and efficient. He should work in a position that pays tips; he would rake it in!

Message: Customer service has been on the rise it appears as the cashiers were fast and very friendly. I noticed that the cashiers stop whatever their doing to tend to customers and were pleasant to deal with. The food was freshly cooked unlike some of the other 7-11's and the store is very clean and well stocked of 98% of the items they offer for sell.
